Warrior style vacation

Blaine and Ellen are on the move in France.  They once again show us that where there is a will to workout there is a way.


And what better way to start the day than with a body weight metabolic workout!



Then follow that up with 10,000 or more steps, or stairs.



Lots of stairs!


The reward for all those steps?  Looks like some cool refreshing water, but Ellen tells us otherwise.
