Ingredients
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup fresh, ripe pineapple chunks
6 ice cubes
1Tbsp. Ground Chia Seed, optional
1/2 packet stevia- sweetened to taste, optional
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

Directions
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on high for one minute. If you use frozen pineapple, you can reduce the amount of ice cubes.
