Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbps. chia seed
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 packet stevia (optional)
1 packet stevia (optional)
Directions
Simply blend until smooth!

Why so good? Almonds are healthy fat and vitamin E. Strawberries are full of vitamin C and anti-oxidants. Chia seeds are full of heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids and are a cholesterol soluble fiber!
