Metabolic Warriors in Action

Metabolic Warriors are people who attend Metabolic Group Trainings on an ongoing basis. They challenge themselves every week to work hard and workout hard. They are a happy, healthy, and strong group of people with beautiful smiles and the spirit of a warrior when it comes to being active! These Warriors love being active in their everyday activity and when they travel. This page is inspiration for all of us to keep on moving forward no matter where we are in the world.

Joe and his wife are in Hawaii.  He emailed and said he had macadamia nuts, chocolate, and champagne and had to go!!  We told him he had to send us a picture TRXing from a palm tree if he was going to indulge like that.  This is what he sent.  Doesn't really look like a palm tree, and sure doesn't look like Joe.

Blaine and Ellen are running around Paris and wanted us to know that the many, many steps are no problem for a Metabolic Warrior.  I asked Ellen to make Blaine do dragon walk push ups up the stairs and he said he would do them DOWN the stairs.  Hmmm....  no photo evidence yet.

Merenna just does not sit still.  She recently returned from another active trip to her ranch and wanted us to know that even though she couldn't make it to Metabolic, she was not taking a day off.  In Merenna's words, "It may not look like much but ... I have been climbing uphill for at least 1/2 hr while you are doing metabolic. You get to go home, I have 15 more minutes to climb and then I have to get back to the ranch".

Dawn has made hiking a regular activity and uses an app to log her hikes and share with us.

First Submission!
Metabolic Warrior Merenna and husband Ted are notorious for active vacations with their active family. This pic is taken in Tobago. This island country is usually associated with the Caribbean. It is located just off the Northern edge of South America, just 6.8 miles off the Venezuela coast. So research says a...125 lb person burns 284 calories, 150 lb person 340 calories, 175 lb person 397 calories, and a 200 lb person 454 calories in 1 hour of snorkeling! What a fun way to burn off vacation food! Thx Merenna!
