Layer oats, yogurt, and berries. Top with more berries and almonds.
1/2 c old fashioned oats, uncooked
6 oz fat-free raspberry (or any flavor) Greek yogurt--I like Chobani
1 c mixed berries
2 tbsp slivered almonds
This is one serving and it has:

11 g fiber
13 g fat, 1 g saturated
0 mg cholesterol
